Lead Time
If we have asked you for a particularly urgent consultation, as well as in the event of a particular urgency on your part, an appointment booking with a lead time of only two hours is possible, provided that there are free appointments.
In all other cases, we ask that you allow at least 24 hours’ notice so that a meaningful preparation of the appointment is possible.
Duration
Short appointments keep your costs down. Please support us in this goal by booking appointments only for the period requested by us or deemed absolutely necessary by you.
