A trademark whose form does not correspond to any of the predefined types of trademarks can be registered as another type of trademark. This makes trademark protection an open system that allows for new developments.
Requirements
For registration, the trademark must be presented in a clear and unambiguous manner. This can be done through a graphic representation on paper or through a representation in a file on a data carrier.
