Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from orders placed through our online shop, via email, or otherwise through distance selling within the withdrawal period without giving reasons.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must inform Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). Consumers should address their withdrawal to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If the consumer withdraws the contract within the deadline, Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH must reimburse all payments received from the consumer immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH received the consumer’s notification of withdrawal of the contract.
For this reimbursement, Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH will use the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the consumer.
Under no circumstances will the consumer be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Delayed Execution of Services
Therefore, Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH must wait to execute the services until the expiration of the consumer’s right of withdrawal.
Earlier Execution of Services
If the consumer wishes for an earlier execution of services, then
- the consumer must give their express consent to begin the execution of the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period when placing the order, and
- simultaneously confirm their knowledge that the consumer loses their right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
In this case, Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH can begin executing the services immediately after receiving the order and payment from the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires in this case as soon as Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH has fully provided the service.
Compensation for Services
If the consumer withdraws despite their consent to the execution of the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period, then the consumer owes Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH compensation for the services already provided.
For the calculation of the compensation, the agreed total price is to be taken as a basis and then set in proportion to the parts of the service provided.
