Process with VHV legal expenses insurance

Request for coverage
After receiving the power of attorney and the initial information about the matter, we submit a coverage request to VHV legal expenses insurance based on this information. This service is also free of charge for VHV insured persons, even if legal expenses coverage is denied.
Confirmation of coverage
If coverage is confirmed, VHV legal expenses insurance covers the costs of the legal dispute to the extent provided for in the insurance contract. Often, there are small deductibles or a limitation of reimbursement to out-of-court or court costs.
Billing
Where possible, billing is handled directly with VHV insurance, so that policyholders have no effort in submitting reimbursement claims.
