About Us

Our law firm has existed for five generations (since 1953). Anyone thinking of creaky wooden desks with drawers and piles of paper files is mistaken. We do not rest on past achievements but offer modern, future-oriented work opportunities.

Our law firm is licensed to practice law in Austria and Germany. The headquarters are in Salzburg, with locations in Linz, Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Innsbruck (consultation office), Munich and Frankfurt. Nevertheless, we are not a large law firm, but a boutique law firm with clear focuses and ideal opportunities for professional specialization.

We offer excellent working conditions with exclusively billable hours, no pressure to work overtime, certainly no unpaid overtime, a fully digitized law firm, workplaces with state-of-the-art IT equipment and video conferencing rooms.

Particularly important to us: the profession of lawyer is not associated with self-exploitation and the renunciation of a private and family life.

Flexibility

Substitution Basis

In principle, we prefer to start with a cooperation with independent lawyers on a substitution basis. Our fee system is success-oriented and designed in such a way that a fee of over €100,000.00 plus VAT per year can be achieved with 40 to 50 hours per week.

We do not believe in the myth that lawyers have to work until midnight. (Our other office staff without exception leave the office at 4:30 p.m.) Due to the naturally free time management of lawyers, the implementation is ultimately not in our hands. Those who absolutely want to can still make their work-life balance unbalanced and even more profit-oriented.

Own files

In contrast to other law firms, there is no pressure in our law firm to attract own clients / files. We ourselves ensure sufficient utilization, so that this often very time-consuming and unpopular burden is eliminated. Own files are also not a prerequisite for a very good income with us.

Conversely, of course, as everywhere: whoever brings their own files still earns extra with these files.

Employment

Alternatively, employment as a lawyer is conceivable if this is preferred.

Remote

Our law firm is fully digitized. Remote work is part of our everyday life. Constellations like

Part-time

Part-time (i.e. working with us in addition to your own law firm) is possible from 20 hours per week if there is a corresponding continuity and court appointments can be attended.

Partnership

A later partnership as a shareholder is aimed for in the event of successful cooperation.

Equipment

The lawyers who work directly in our law firm have their own air-conditioned office, a mobility-friendly 13″ inch notebook and a docking station with two clear 32″ inch screens, Advokat, database access, digital speech recognition and AI support.

Our law firm has a very extensive, up-to-date library, Lexis360 + AI, RDB, and two TV studio-like video conferencing rooms.

Fee

We offer an attractive fee in the range between €72,000 and €120,000 plus VAT per year.
