The police station Wien-Laurenzerberg provides the criminal police executive service, which consists of investigating and prosecuting criminal offenses. Reimbursement of defense costs

Fortunately, the law provides for a reimbursement of defense costs in the event of the discontinuation of the investigation proceedings, and, staggered according to the competent court, in the event of acquittals in the main proceedings:

• Discontinuance of investigation proceedings: up to €6,000.00
• District Court up to €5,000.00
• Single judge at the Regional Court up to €13,000.00
• Court of Lay Assessors or Jury Court up to €30,000.00

The maximum rates can be exceeded by 50 percent in complex proceedings and by 100 percent in proceedings of extreme scope.

Video conference
