In addition, consumers have the option, in the event of disputes with our German branch, to contact the “Conciliation Body of the Legal Profession”, Rauchstraße 26, D-10787 Berlin, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de.
Furthermore, complaints can also be submitted directly to us via post, email, or telephone.
We are not obliged and generally not willing to involve these dispute resolution bodies or to submit to them. However, we decide on participation in a dispute resolution procedure on a case-by-case basis.
