Ideally, you yourself have already contacted your debtor to remind them of the outstanding claims. If this is not enough to induce the debtor to pay, the third reminder should already be issued by our law firm. This will save you valuable time.
Judicial Collection
Should court proceedings actually become unavoidable, we will take over the representation in court. As commercial lawyers, we are familiar with the processes in companies. This makes us your best choice when it comes to refuting (often freely invented) objections from debtors.
Post-judicial Collection
Where there is absolutely nothing to get, we also fail. But in many cases not permanently. Even after unsuccessful execution proceedings, we regularly check whether uncollectible claims can subsequently be made collectible due to an improvement in the debtor’s financial situation.
