Our law firm has been in Austria since 1953 and has six locations in Austria. Nevertheless, we are not a large law firm, but a medium-sized law firm.

All our clients have a direct contact person who personally takes care of their legal matters.

In addition, our law firm is also licensed in Germany. Therefore, we are particularly well suited as legal matters in Austria for German clients and lawyers in “translators”.

At our location in Linz, our lawyers advise companies of all sizes as well as private individuals. Our law firm is active in Upper Austria before all courts and authorities.

In Person, Video Conference, Telephone

Our lawyers in Linz are always there for you in person. Nevertheless, you do not have to travel to handle your legal matter: Our firm is completely digitized.

In everyday practice, we prefer to work via video conference. You will always receive an appointment at short notice – and save yourself the travel time. If an expert from another location or, for example, your tax advisor is also needed, we simply add them.

Upon special request, we also offer consultations via telephone. However, we are generally of the opinion that you should see your counterpart during legal consultations. This is the case with video conferences.

Transparent costs

We will give you an overview of the expected costs during our free initial consultation.

Our services can be invoiced according to the lawyer’s tariff, according to time spent or in the form of a lump sum. Which method is used depends on the legal case and will be agreed with you or your legal expenses insurance in advance.
