About Us

Our law firm has been established for five generations (since 1953). We do not rest on our past achievements, but offer state-of-the-art workplaces and career opportunities, including firm partnership.

Over the years, our firm has grown. Our headquarters remain in Salzburg. Additionally, we have branches in Linz, Graz, Klagenfurt, Vienna, and – thanks to dual admission in Austria and Germany – even Munich. Areas of Expertise

We have several key areas of focus.

1. A key pillar is advising companies on commercial law matters: company formation, drafting of general terms and conditions and contracts, debt collection and defense against claims.

2. Another part of our mandates lies in general civil law and criminal law: real estate law, inheritance law, ski and traffic accidents, administrative criminal law and criminal law.

3. Our further pillar is the cross-sectional area of IT, internet, and marketing law: copyright law, trademark law, design law, competition law, data protection law, e-commerce law, IT contracts.

4. A growing segment of our firm is advising international clients.

Due to our team size, personal preferences of our Associate Attorneys and Attorneys can be considered when assigning cases. We promote specialization and personal qualification in specific areas of expertise.

Motivation

Our firm is expanding. Therefore, we aim for a long-term collaboration and eventual appointment, first as an Attorney, and later as a Co-Partner.

Location

We are looking for Associate Attorneys for our headquarters in Salzburg.

For Associate Attorneys with a completed Bar Exam, a location in another federal state is also conceivable.

Equipment

Our lawyers have their own office, a portable 13-inch notebook, as well as a docking station with two ultra-large 32-inch monitors, Advokat, database access, and digital speech recognition.

Our firm has a very extensive, up-to-date library, two meeting rooms, and two TV studio-like video conference rooms.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary ranging from €50,000 – €70,000 gross annually.

Appointment as an Attorney is sought. After completing the Bar Exam, we will gladly finalize the terms for the period starting from registration as an Attorney.
