\u70ba\u8de8\u5883\u907a\u7522\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u4f9b\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u7ba1\u8f44\u6b0a\u548c\u7d71\u4e00\u898f\u5247\u3002\u5b83\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\uff0c\u611b\u723e\u862d\u548c\u4e39\u9ea5\u9664\u5916\u3002\u8a72\u6cd5\u898f\u898f\u7bc4\u4e86\u9069\u7528\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\u548c\u6cd5\u9662\u7ba1\u8f44\u6b0a\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u7c21\u5316\u5177\u6709\u570b\u969b\u806f\u7e6b\u7684\u8907\u96dc\u907a\u7522\u7a0b\u5e8f\u2014\u2014\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7576\u5967\u5730\u5229\u516c\u6c11\u5728\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u53bb\u4e16\u6216\u5728\u514b\u7f85\u57c3\u897f\u4e9e\u7e7c\u627f\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6642\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welches-erbrecht-gilt-bei-internationalen-erbfallen\">\u570b\u969b\u907a\u7522\u6848\u4ef6\u9069\u7528\u54ea\u7a2e\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u901a\u5e38\uff0c<strong>\u907a\u56d1\u4eba\u6700\u5f8c\u7684\u6163\u5e38\u5c45\u6240<\/strong>\u662f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u3002\u5982\u679c\u67d0\u4eba\u5728\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u6709\u5176\u751f\u6d3b\u91cd\u5fc3\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u9069\u7528\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u7121\u8ad6\u5176\u570b\u7c4d\u5982\u4f55\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u907a\u56d1\u4e2d\u9078\u64c7<strong>\u570b\u5bb6\u672c\u570b\u6cd5<\/strong>\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u6240\u8b02\u7684<strong>\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9078\u64c7<\/strong>\u5fc5\u9808\u660e\u78ba\u8072\u660e\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u8a2d\u7acb\u6642\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6642\uff08\u00a7 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6cd5\u9662\u4e5f\u7531\u907a\u56d1\u4eba\u6700\u5f8c\u7684\u6163\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff08\u00a7 Art 4 EU-ErbVO\uff09\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u6b7b\u8005\u6700\u5f8c\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u6cd5\u570b\u6cd5\u9662\u901a\u5e38\u6709\u6b0a\u8655\u7406\u907a\u7522\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u6574\u500b\u907a\u7522\u4f4d\u65bc\u5967\u5730\u5229\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u9069\u7528\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f46\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u7ba1\u8f44\u6b0a\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5<strong>\u5728\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u7d04\u5b9a<\/strong>\u3002\u524d\u63d0\u662f\uff0c\u907a\u56d1\u4eba\u5df2\u5408\u6cd5\u9078\u64c7\u4e86\u7576\u5730\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u65b9\u90fd\u540c\u610f\uff08\u6839\u64da \u00a7 Art 5 EU-ErbVO\uff09\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gewohnlichem-aufenthalt\"> \u300c\u6163\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u300d<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b50\u76df\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\u898f\u4e26\u672a\u660e\u78ba\u5b9a\u7fa9\u6163\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u59cb\u7d42\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u5168\u9762\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5c45\u7559\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u6642\u9593\u3001\u898f\u5f8b\u6027\u548c\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u91cd\u5fc3\u5728\u54ea\u88e1\u3001\u5b58\u5728\u54ea\u4e9b\u793e\u6703\u95dc\u4fc2\u6216\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u54ea\u88e1\u7b49\u90fd\u662f\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u3002\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u5c45\u7559\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u5b9a\u671f\u904e\u51ac\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u616e\u5728\u5167\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u5b83\u5011\u8207\u751f\u6d3b\u91cd\u5fc3\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u8f49\u79fb\u6709\u95dc\u3002 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e26\u975e\u5728\u6240\u6709\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b7b\u8005\u6700\u5f8c\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\u90fd\u6703\u81ea\u52d5\u9069\u7528\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7e3d\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\u8868\u660e\u8207\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u6709\u66f4\u7dca\u5bc6\u7684\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u5247\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9069\u7528\u8a72\u570b\u7684\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5728\u90a3\u88e1\u6216\u5b58\u5728\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u5247\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002
