Ancak miras b\u0131rakan, ko\u015fulun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra da yeniden ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtmi\u015fse, bu durum farkl\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-keine-automatische-ausdehnung-auf-nachberufene\">Sonradan Atananlara Otomatik Geni\u015fleme Yok <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko\u015fullar ve s\u00fcreler yaln\u0131zca do\u011frudan lehtarlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. Miras b\u0131rakan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtmedik\u00e7e, bunlar otomatik olarak sonradan atanan miras\u00e7\u0131lara veya vasiyet alacakl\u0131lar\u0131na geni\u015fletilmez. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aufhebung-des-letzten-willens\">Son \u0130radenin \u0130ptali<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir tasarrufun iptali \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varsay\u0131lan geri \u00e7ekme<\/strong><br\/>Miras b\u0131rakan vasiyet edilen alaca\u011f\u0131 tahsil etmi\u015f veya vasiyet edilen mal\u0131 elden \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015fsa, vasiyet geri \u00e7ekilmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yeni son irade tasarrufu<\/strong><br\/>Daha sonra d\u00fczenlenen bir vasiyetname, \u00e7eli\u015fti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00f6nceki tasarruflar\u0131 iptal eder.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Geri \u00e7ekme<\/strong><br\/>Geri \u00e7ekme a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a veya z\u0131mni davran\u0131\u015fla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmelidir, \u00f6rne\u011fin belgenin imha edilmesi yoluyla. Bunun ge\u00e7erli mi yoksa ge\u00e7ersiz mi say\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konusunda yorum \u00fczerinde anla\u015fmazl\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bir e\u015f vasiyetnamede lehtar olarak belirlenmi\u015f, ancak evlilik daha sonra bo\u015fanmayla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f. A\u00e7\u0131k bir talimat olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, tasarruf ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini yitirir. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vasiyetnamede bir vasiyet \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, ancak mal hen\u00fcz ya\u015farken sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Vasiyet alacakl\u0131s\u0131 kendini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmi\u015f hisseder. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birden fazla vasiyetname birbiriyle \u00e7eli\u015fir.
