Domstolarna anv\u00e4nder dock FIS-reglerna som en viktig m\u00e5ttstock f\u00f6r bed\u00f6mning av omsorgsplikter vid ut\u00f6vandet av l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kning vid <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sv\/sportolyckor\/advokat-for-langdskidakningsolyckor\/\">l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kningsolyckor<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-verhaltensregeln-fur-langlaufer\">FIS-uppf\u00f6randeregler f\u00f6r l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kare<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-rucksichtnahme-auf-die-anderen\"><strong>1. H\u00e4nsyn till andra<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Varje l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kare m\u00e5ste upptr\u00e4da s\u00e5 att han inte uts\u00e4tter n\u00e5gon annan f\u00f6r fara eller skada.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-signalisation-laufrichtung-und-lauftechnik\"><strong>2. Signalisering, f\u00e4rdriktning och \u00e5kteknik<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Markeringar och signaler (skyltar) ska beaktas. I sp\u00e5r och pister ska man \u00e5ka i angiven riktning och \u00e5kteknik. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-wahl-von-spur-und-piste\"><strong>3. Val av sp\u00e5r och pist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 dubbel- och flersp\u00e5r ska man \u00e5ka i det h\u00f6gra sp\u00e5ret. L\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kare i grupper m\u00e5ste \u00e5ka efter varandra i det h\u00f6gra sp\u00e5ret. Vid fri \u00e5kteknik ska man \u00e5ka till h\u00f6ger i pisten.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-uberholen\"><strong>4. Omk\u00f6rning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omk\u00f6rning f\u00e5r ske till h\u00f6ger eller v\u00e4nster. Den fr\u00e4mre \u00e5karen beh\u00f6ver inte v\u00e4ja. Han b\u00f6r dock v\u00e4ja om han kan g\u00f6ra det utan fara.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-gegenverkehr\"><strong>5. M\u00f6te<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vid m\u00f6ten ska alla v\u00e4ja \u00e5t h\u00f6ger. Den utf\u00f6rs\u00e5kande l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5karen har f\u00f6retr\u00e4de. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-stockfuhrung\"><strong>6. Stavf\u00f6ring<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vid omk\u00f6rning, omk\u00f6rd \u00e5kning och vid m\u00f6ten ska stavarna f\u00f6ras t\u00e4tt intill kroppen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-anpassung-der-geschwindigkeit-an-die-verhaltnisse\"><strong>7. Anpassning av hastigheten till f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Varje l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kare m\u00e5ste, s\u00e4rskilt i nedf\u00f6rsbackar, anpassa hastighet och beteende till sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, terr\u00e4ngf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena, trafikdensiteten och sikten. Han m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla ett tillr\u00e4ckligt s\u00e4kerhetsavst\u00e5nd till den fr\u00e4mre \u00e5karen. Vid behov m\u00e5ste han sl\u00e4ppa efter f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra en kollision.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-freihalten-der-loipen-und-pisten\"><strong>8. H\u00e5ll sp\u00e5ren och pisterna fria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den som stannar ska g\u00e5 ur sp\u00e5ret\/pisten. En fallen l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kare ska g\u00f6ra sp\u00e5ret\/pisten fri s\u00e5 snabbt som m\u00f6jligt. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-hilfeleistung\"><strong>9. Hj\u00e4lp<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vid olyckor \u00e4r alla skyldiga att hj\u00e4lpa till.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-ausweispflicht\"><strong>10.
