Shuma minimale \u00ebsht\u00eb <strong>71 Euro<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si pasuri neto e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb konsiderohet teprica nga <strong>aktivet minus pasivet<\/strong>, pra nga vlerat e pasuris\u00eb minus borxhet ekzistuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb llogaritje nuk merren parasysh <strong>legatet, pretendimet p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e detyrueshme, si dhe shpenzimet dhe tarifat e procedur\u00ebs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse <strong>nuk zhvillohet asnj\u00eb seanc\u00eb trash\u00ebgimie<\/strong>, p\u00ebr shembull, sepse ka pak pasuri ose trash\u00ebgimia lihet n\u00eb vend t\u00eb pages\u00ebs, kjo tarif\u00eb hiqet plot\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baza e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tarifave<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarifat gjyq\u00ebsore lidhen gjithmon\u00eb me vler\u00ebn e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb. K\u00ebtu b\u00ebhet dallimi midis pron\u00ebs jo-bujq\u00ebsore dhe pron\u00ebs bujq\u00ebsore. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pron\u00eb jo-bujq\u00ebsore<\/strong>: Shkalla varion nga shuma t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb shifra dyshe deri n\u00eb disa mij\u00ebra Euro. N\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb vler\u00ebs, llogariten shuma fikse ose shtesa p\u00ebr pragje t\u00eb tjera vlere. Vlera maksimale \u00ebsht\u00eb e kufizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi prej 3.633.640 \u20ac.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pron\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore<\/strong>: P\u00ebr tokat bujq\u00ebsore dhe pyjore q\u00eb jan\u00eb kultivuar nga vet\u00eb personi i ndjer\u00eb, vlejn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat shkall\u00eb, por me shuma t\u00eb reduktuara.
