Parimi kryesor i rregullave \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201eKujdesi\u201c. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rregullat e FIS-it \u2013 p.sh., n\u00eb ndryshim nga Kodi Rrugor \u2013 nuk jan\u00eb ligj dhe as dispozita t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs zakonore. Megjithat\u00eb, rregullat e FIS-it dhe drafti i rregullores s\u00eb pist\u00ebs POE, si p\u00ebrmbledhje ekspert\u00ebsh t\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb kujdesit q\u00eb duhen respektuar gjat\u00eb praktikimit t\u00eb sporteve alpine t\u00eb skive p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebve, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb konsiderueshme n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin ligjor t\u00eb aksidenteve me ski dhe snowboard.  Njohja e rregullave t\u00eb FIS-it \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do p\u00ebrdorues t\u00eb pist\u00ebs. Sjellja e pakujdesshme e nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesi t\u00eb pist\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb justifikohet me mosnjohjen e rregullave. Si skiator, n\u00eb parim, mund t\u00eb besoni se p\u00ebrdoruesit e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb pist\u00ebs i respektojn\u00eb rregullat e pist\u00ebs.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas mendimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Rregullat e FIS vlejn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr snowboarder\u00ebt. Prandaj, snowboarder\u00ebt duhet t&#8217;u p\u00ebrmbahen Rregullave t\u00eb FIS. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykatat rregullisht i p\u00ebrdorin rregullat e FIS-it, si dhe <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/aksidente-sportive\/poe-projekt-rregullore-e-pisteve\/\">Draftin e Rregullores s\u00eb Pist\u00ebs POE<\/a>, si standard vler\u00ebsimi n\u00eb rastet e <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/aksidente-sportive\/avokat-per-aksidente-skish\/\">aksidenteve me ski<\/a> dhe <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/aksidente-sportive\/avokat-per-aksidente-me-derrase-debore\/\">aksidenteve me snowboard<\/a>. Kush nuk i respekton rregullat e FIS-it dhe shkakton nj\u00eb aksident me d\u00ebme materiale ose d\u00ebme personale, n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs penalisht dhe me shum\u00eb gjasa detyrohet t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblim. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-volltext-der-fis-regeln\">Teksti i plot\u00eb i Rregullave t\u00eb FIS<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-praambel\"><strong>Preambul\u00eb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skijimi dhe snowboarding-u, si t\u00eb gjitha sportet, mbartin rreziqe. Rregullat e FIS-it si standard p\u00ebr sjelljen e duhur sportive t\u00eb skiatorit dhe snowboarderit t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim parandalimin e aksidenteve n\u00eb pistat e skive dhe snowboard-it. Rregullat e FIS-it vlejn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb skiator\u00ebt dhe snowboarder\u00ebt. \u00c7do skiator dhe snowboarder \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t&#8217;i njoh\u00eb dhe t&#8217;i respektoj\u00eb ato. Kush shkakton nj\u00eb aksident duke shkelur rregullat, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs civilisht dhe penalisht p\u00ebr pasojat.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-1-rucksichtnahme-auf-die-anderen-skifahrer-und-snowboarder\"><strong>Rregulla Nr. 1 e FIS-it: Kujdesi ndaj skiator\u00ebve dhe snowboarder\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7do skiator dhe snowboarder duhet t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrezikoj\u00eb ose d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb ask\u00ebnd tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skiator\u00ebt dhe snowboarder\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr sjelljen e tyre t\u00eb gabuar, por edhe p\u00ebr pasojat e pajisjeve t\u00eb mang\u00ebta. Kjo vlen edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdoruesit e pajisjeve sportive t\u00eb zhvilluara rishtazi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb sportin e skive vlen parimi i ndalimit t\u00eb rrezikimit. Sipas k\u00ebtij parimi, \u00e7do skiator duhet t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrezikoj\u00eb ose d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb ask\u00ebnd tjet\u00ebr. Kujdes i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb duhet treguar n\u00eb zonat e ashtuquajtura neuralgjike t\u00eb pist\u00ebs (p\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00eb zon\u00eb me trafik n\u00eb drejtime t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-2-beherrschung-der-geschwindigkeit-und-der-fahrweise\"><strong>Rregulla Nr. 2 e FIS-it: Kontrolli i shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb drejtimit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7do skiator dhe snowboarder duhet t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb me shikueshm\u00ebri. Ai duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtat\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e drejtimit sipas aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb tij dhe kushteve t\u00eb terrenit, bor\u00ebs dhe motit, si dhe dend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb trafikut. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrplasjet jan\u00eb shpesh pasoj\u00eb e shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb pakontrolluar t\u00eb drejtimit ose v\u00ebzhgimit t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm. Skiator\u00ebt dhe snowboarder\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb ose t\u00eb shmangen brenda fush\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb shikimit. N\u00eb vendet me shikueshm\u00ebri t\u00eb kufizuar ose me trafik t\u00eb dendur, duhet t\u00eb l\u00ebvizet ngadal\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb kthesa, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb pistave dhe n\u00eb zonat e teleferik\u00ebve dhe ashensor\u00ebve.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si detyrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur me shikueshm\u00ebri, ashtu edhe detyrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kontrolluar, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb parime elementare t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sporteve q\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Gjat\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb merren parasysh kryesisht faktor\u00eb si aft\u00ebsia e drejtimit, terreni, kushtet e pist\u00ebs dhe frekuenca e pist\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb skiator duhet gjithsesi t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kontrolluar dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgoj\u00eb terrenin me aq kujdes, saq\u00eb n\u00eb rast rreziku p\u00ebrplasjeje, t\u00eb mund t&#8217;i shmanget penges\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00eb ose t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb para saj.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-3-wahl-der-fahrspur\"><strong>Rregulla Nr. 3 e FIS-it: Zgjedhja e korsis\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skiatori dhe snowboarderi q\u00eb vjen nga pas duhet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb korsin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrezikoj\u00eb skiator\u00ebt dhe snowboarder\u00ebt q\u00eb l\u00ebvizin para tij.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skijimi dhe snowboarding-u jan\u00eb sporte t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb, ku secili mund t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb respekton rregullat, hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e lir\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe merr parasysh aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e veta dhe situat\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. P\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi ka skiatori ose snowboarderi q\u00eb l\u00ebviz p\u00ebrpara. Kush l\u00ebviz pas nj\u00eb tjetri, duhet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb distanc\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t&#8217;i l\u00ebn\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme atij q\u00eb l\u00ebviz p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebvizjet e tij.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb parim, vlen q\u00eb skiatori i p\u00ebrparm\u00eb, i cili l\u00ebviz n\u00eb drejtimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes, ka p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi ndaj skiatorit q\u00eb vjen pas. Skiatori i p\u00ebrparm\u00eb, n\u00eb parim, nuk duhet t\u00eb orientohet pas\/lart, edhe n\u00ebse zbret me kthesa t\u00eb gjera dhe mund t\u00eb kryq\u00ebzoj\u00eb k\u00ebshtu linj\u00ebn e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb skiatori q\u00eb vjen pas me shpejt\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-4-uberholen\"><strong>Rregulla Nr. 4 e FIS-it: Parakalimi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parakalimi lejohet nga lart ose posht\u00eb, nga e djathta ose nga e majta, por gjithmon\u00eb vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb q\u00eb i l\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme skiatorit ose snowboarderit t\u00eb parakaluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebvizjet e tij.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detyrimi i skiatorit ose snowboarderit q\u00eb parakalon mbetet gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit t\u00eb parakalimit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb skiatori ose snowboarderi i parakaluar t\u00eb mos has\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. Kjo vlen edhe p\u00ebr kalimin pran\u00eb nj\u00eb skiatori ose snowboarderi t\u00eb ndalur. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si gjat\u00eb parakalimit, ashtu edhe gjat\u00eb kalimit pran\u00eb dhe l\u00ebvizjes krah p\u00ebr krah, vlen rregulli q\u00eb duhet mbajtur nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb e mjaftueshme sigurie nga skiatori tjet\u00ebr. Masa konkrete e distanc\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb nevojshme varet nga kushtet e pist\u00ebs, kushtet e shikueshm\u00ebris\u00eb, frekuenca e pist\u00ebs, si dhe aft\u00ebsia e drejtimit dhe shpejt\u00ebsia e skiator\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb prej 2 deri n\u00eb 3 metrash \u00ebsht\u00eb e mjaftueshme.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-5-einfahren-anfahren-und-hangaufwarts-fahren\"><strong>Rregulla Nr. 5 e FIS-it: Hyrja n\u00eb pist\u00eb, nisja dhe l\u00ebvizja n\u00eb pjerr\u00ebsi lart<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7do skiator dhe snowboarder, i cili d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zbritje, t\u00eb niset s\u00ebrish pas nj\u00eb ndalimi ose t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb lart n\u00eb pjerr\u00ebsi, duhet t\u00eb sigurohet lart e posht\u00eb se mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pa rrezik p\u00ebr veten dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrvoja tregon se hyrja n\u00eb nj\u00eb pist\u00eb dhe nisja s\u00ebrish pas nj\u00eb ndalimi her\u00eb pas here \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb aksidente.
