Me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit, nd\u00ebrtesa e ngritur duhet t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa me superedifikat\u00ebn ajo hiqet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pronari i tok\u00ebs i jep nj\u00eb personi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb parcel\u00ebn e tij. E drejta e nd\u00ebrtimit regjistrohet n\u00eb Flet\u00ebn C (Fleta e barr\u00ebve) dhe n\u00eb Flet\u00ebn B (Regjistrimi i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit). Pronari i tok\u00ebs mbetet pronar i pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb paluajtshme, nd\u00ebrsa mbajt\u00ebsi i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb n\u00eb parcel\u00ebn e huaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb pastaj pronar i k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrtese dhe ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb uzufrukti mbi parcel\u00ebn.
