Duhet t\u00eb sigurohet nj\u00eb trajtim i respektuesh\u00ebm i kufom\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-organtransplantation\">Transplantimi i organeve<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/e-drejta-e-trashegimise-kujdesi-paraprak\/transplantimi-i-organeve\/\">Transplantimi i organeve<\/a> nga t\u00eb ndjer\u00ebt rregullohet n\u00eb Austri nga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=20008119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ligji p\u00ebr Transplantimin e Organeve<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Ligjit p\u00ebr Transplantimin e Organeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb e lejuar t\u00eb <strong>merren organe individuale<\/strong> nga t\u00eb ndjer\u00ebt, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes transplantimit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb <strong>shp\u00ebtohet jeta<\/strong> e nj\u00eb personi tjet\u00ebr ose t\u00eb <strong>restaurohet sh\u00ebndeti<\/strong> i tij.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-berechtigung-zur-organtransplantation\">Autorizimi p\u00ebr transplantim organesh<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marrja e organeve mund t\u00eb kryhet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb <strong>spitale jo-fitimprur\u00ebse<\/strong>, t\u00eb cilat gjithashtu plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kushte t\u00eb tjera thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb karakterit jofitimprur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para marrjes s\u00eb organeve, nj\u00eb mjek i autorizuar p\u00ebr ushtrimin e pavarur t\u00eb profesionit duhet t\u00eb konstatoj\u00eb vdekjen. <strong>Ky mjek duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pavarur.<\/strong> Ai pra nuk duhet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb as marrjen e organit, as transplantimin. Gjithashtu, ky mjek nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ose i prekur nga nd\u00ebrhyrjet e nevojshme p\u00ebr transplantim. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vler\u00ebsimi dhe p\u00ebrzgjedhja e organeve duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me <strong>gjendjen e shkenc\u00ebs mjek\u00ebsore<\/strong>. Marrja e organeve nuk duhet t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb n\u00eb <strong>asnj\u00eb shp\u00ebrfytyrim q\u00eb cenon pietetin<\/strong> e kufom\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-widerspruch-gegen-die-organtransplantation\">Kund\u00ebrshtimi ndaj transplantimit t\u00eb organeve<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb <strong>marrje organesh \u00ebsht\u00eb e palejueshme<\/strong> n\u00ebse mjek\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>kund\u00ebrshtim<\/strong>, me t\u00eb cilin i ndjeri ose p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i tij ligjor ka <strong>refuzuar shprehimisht dhurimin e organeve para vdekjes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refuzimi i nj\u00eb transplantimi organesh mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet edhe p\u00ebrmes regjistrimit n\u00eb <strong>Regjistrin e Kund\u00ebrshtimeve<\/strong>. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, duhet plot\u00ebsuar formulari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/formsearch\/form\/952\">Dhurimi i Organeve \u2013 Kund\u00ebrshtim\/Ndryshim\/Fshirje<\/a> dhe d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Regjistrin e Kund\u00ebrshtimeve. Zakonisht, mjeku i komun\u00ebs, si mjek p\u00ebr inspektimin e kufomave, merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deri n\u00eb kryerjen e inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs, nuk lejohen asnj\u00eb lloj ndryshimi n\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerin. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, ndryshimet e pozicionit, larja ose nd\u00ebrrimi i rrobave jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluara. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompetenca dhe bazat ligjore<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr rastet e vdekjes i takon n\u00eb parim komunave. Rregulloret ligjore p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb ligjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb shteteve federale, gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb procedura dhe afate t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb shtetet federale. Informacione t\u00eb detajuara mund t\u00eb merrni n\u00eb komun\u00ebn tuaj ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani varrimi.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certifikat\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore trajtimi<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar shkakun e vdekjes, mjeku i inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb certifikat\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore trajtimi, e cila l\u00ebshohet nga mjeku trajtonj\u00ebs i t\u00eb ndjerit. N\u00ebse nuk ka mjek trajtonj\u00ebs n\u00eb dispozicion, familjar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb paraqesin dokumentet e nevojshme m\u00eb von\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00ebshimi i dokumenteve<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs, mjeku i inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs, pas lirimit t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit, l\u00ebshon dokumentet e m\u00ebposhtme:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Njoftim p\u00ebr vdekjen<\/strong> (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb certifikat\u00ebn e vdekjes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimi kufome<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse shkaku i vdekjes nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet qart\u00eb, i ndjeri transferohet n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsin\u00eb ligjore ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb spital p\u00ebr sqarime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, formulari \u201cNjoftim p\u00ebr vdekjen\u201d l\u00ebshohet atje. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrdorimi i dokumenteve<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formulari \u201cNjoftim p\u00ebr vdekjen\u201d me certifikat\u00ebn e vdekjes q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban, nevojitet p\u00ebr raportimin e rastit t\u00eb vdekjes n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e gjendjes civile dhe p\u00ebr kryerjen e <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/bestattung\/\">varrimit<\/a>. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, fleta e shoq\u00ebrimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr transportin nga kompania e varrimit. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrfundimi i inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas lirimit t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit, si ju ashtu edhe kompania e varrimit do t\u00eb informoheni menj\u00ebher\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb i ndjeri t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merret.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-todeserklarung-beweisfuhrung-des-todes\">Deklarat\u00eb vdekjeje \/ V\u00ebrtetim i vdekjes<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, vdekja v\u00ebrtetohet p\u00ebrmes inspektimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs dhe l\u00ebshimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb certifikate mjek\u00ebsore vdekjeje. Megjithat\u00eb, k\u00ebto procedura k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb kufoma e personit t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse trupi i personit t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb nuk gjendet, kjo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme edhe p\u00ebr pal\u00ebt e treta, si p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb zgjidhjen e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, ose p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebt q\u00eb konsiderojn\u00eb nj\u00eb rimartes\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prandaj, Ligji p\u00ebr Deklarimin e Vdekjes (TEG) parashikon, n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb caktuara, si mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/e-drejta-e-trashegimise-kujdesi-paraprak\/deklarate-vdekjeje\/\"><strong>deklarate vdekjeje<\/strong><\/a> ashtu edhe <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/sq\/e-drejta-e-trashegimise-kujdesi-paraprak\/deklarate-vdekjeje\/\"><strong>v\u00ebrtetimin e vdekjes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sterbeurkunde\">Certifikat\u00eb vdekjeje<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifikata e vdekjes l\u00ebshohet nga zyra e gjendjes civile, pasi rasti i vdekjes \u00ebsht\u00eb raportuar si\u00e7 duhet. Ajo sh\u00ebrben si d\u00ebshmi zyrtare e vdekjes dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr rregullimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, t\u00eb drejtat e pensionit dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e sigurimit.
