Le takrat lahko upnik vlo\u017ei hipotekarno to\u017ebo in v primeru uspeha dose\u017ee <strong>prisilno dra\u017ebo nepremi\u010dnine<\/strong>. Pomembno je, da se lahko <strong>terjatev jasno doka\u017ee<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hipotekarna to\u017eba <strong>ni nujno usmerjena proti prvotnemu dol\u017eniku<\/strong>, temve\u010d proti trenutnemu lastniku nepremi\u010dnine, tudi \u010de ta ni povzro\u010dil dolga.
