FIS pravidl\u00e1 a n\u00e1vrh poriadku na zjazdovk\u00e1ch POE v\u0161ak maj\u00fa ako odborn\u00e9 zhrnutia povinnost\u00ed starostlivosti, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pri vykon\u00e1van\u00ed alpsk\u00e9ho ly\u017eovania na ochranu v\u0161etk\u00fdch z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch, zna\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdznam pri pr\u00e1vnom posudzovan\u00ed ly\u017eiarskych a snoubordov\u00fdch neh\u00f4d. <\/p>\n\n<p>Znalos\u0165 FIS pravidiel sa predpoklad\u00e1 u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edvate\u013ea zjazdovky. FIS pravidl\u00e1 ako meradlo \u0161portov\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania starostliv\u00e9ho a zodpovedn\u00e9ho ly\u017eiara a snoubordistu maj\u00fa za cie\u013e predch\u00e1dza\u0165 nehod\u00e1m na ly\u017eiarskych a snoubordov\u00fdch zjazdovk\u00e1ch. FIS pravidl\u00e1 platia pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch ly\u017eiarov a snoubordistov. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar a snoubordista je povinn\u00fd ich pozna\u0165 a dodr\u017eiava\u0165. Kto sp\u00f4sob\u00ed nehodu poru\u0161en\u00edm pravidiel, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 za n\u00e1sledky ob\u010dianskopr\u00e1vne a trestnopr\u00e1vne zodpovedn\u00fd.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-1-rucksichtnahme-auf-die-anderen-skifahrer-und-snowboarder\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 1: Oh\u013eaduplnos\u0165 vo\u010di ostatn\u00fdm ly\u017eiarom a snoubordistom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar a snoubordista sa mus\u00ed spr\u00e1va\u0165 tak, aby neohrozil ani nepo\u0161kodil nikoho in\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ly\u017eiari a snoubordisti s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00ed nielen za svoje chybn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie, ale aj za n\u00e1sledky chybn\u00e9ho vybavenia. To plat\u00ed aj pre u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov novo vyvinut\u00fdch \u0161portov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>V ly\u017eovan\u00ed plat\u00ed z\u00e1sada z\u00e1kazu ohrozenia. Pod\u013ea tejto z\u00e1sady sa ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar mus\u00ed spr\u00e1va\u0165 tak, aby neohrozil ani nepo\u0161kodil nikoho in\u00e9ho. Osobitn\u00e1 opatrnos\u0165 je potrebn\u00e1 v takzvan\u00fdch neuralgick\u00fdch oblastiach zjazdoviek (napr\u00edklad v oblasti protismernej prem\u00e1vky).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-2-beherrschung-der-geschwindigkeit-und-der-fahrweise\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 2: Kontrola r\u00fdchlosti a sp\u00f4sobu jazdy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar a snoubordista mus\u00ed jazdi\u0165 na doh\u013ead. Mus\u00ed prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 svoju r\u00fdchlos\u0165 a sp\u00f4sob jazdy svojim schopnostiam a ter\u00e9nnym, snehov\u00fdm a poveternostn\u00fdm podmienkam, ako aj hustote prem\u00e1vky. <\/p>\n\n<p>Kol\u00edzie s\u00fa \u010dasto d\u00f4sledkom pr\u00edli\u0161 vysokej r\u00fdchlosti, nekontrolovan\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu jazdy alebo nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho pozorovania. Ly\u017eiari a snoubordisti musia by\u0165 schopn\u00ed zastavi\u0165 alebo sa vyhn\u00fa\u0165 v r\u00e1mci svojich mo\u017enost\u00ed vidite\u013enosti. Na nepreh\u013eadn\u00fdch alebo ve\u013emi frekventovan\u00fdch miestach je potrebn\u00e9 jazdi\u0165 pomaly, najm\u00e4 na hran\u00e1ch, na konci zjazdoviek a v oblasti vlekov a lanoviek.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edkaz jazdy na doh\u013ead, ako aj pr\u00edkaz kontrolovanej jazdy predstavuj\u00fa element\u00e1rne z\u00e1sady v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u0161portov, ktor\u00e9 sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa v pohybe. Pri vo\u013ebe r\u00fdchlosti je potrebn\u00e9 zoh\u013eadni\u0165 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm faktory ako ly\u017eiarske schopnosti, ter\u00e9n, podmienky na zjazdovke a frekvenciu zjazdovky. Ly\u017eiar mus\u00ed v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade jazdi\u0165 kontrolovane a ter\u00e9n pozorova\u0165 tak presne, aby v pr\u00edpade hroziacej kol\u00edzie mohol prek\u00e1\u017eke bu\u010f v\u010das uhn\u00fa\u0165, alebo pred \u0148ou zastavi\u0165.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-3-wahl-der-fahrspur\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 3: Vo\u013eba jazdnej dr\u00e1hy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ly\u017eiar a snoubordista prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faci zozadu mus\u00ed zvoli\u0165 svoju jazdn\u00fa dr\u00e1hu tak, aby neohrozil ly\u017eiarov a snoubordistov jazdiacich pred n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ly\u017eovanie a snoubordovanie s\u00fa \u0161porty vo\u013en\u00e9ho pohybu, kde ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee jazdi\u0165 pod\u013ea \u013eubov\u00f4le, pokia\u013e dodr\u017eiava pravidl\u00e1, re\u0161pektuje priestor ostatn\u00fdch a zoh\u013ead\u0148uje svoje vlastn\u00e9 schopnosti a aktu\u00e1lnu situ\u00e1ciu. Prednos\u0165 m\u00e1 ly\u017eiar alebo snoubordista jazdiaci vpredu. Kto jazd\u00ed za in\u00fdm, mus\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fd odstup, aby predbiehan\u00e9mu ponechal dostatok priestoru pre v\u0161etky jeho pohyby.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V z\u00e1sade plat\u00ed, \u017ee ly\u017eiar id\u00faci vpredu v smere v\u0161eobecnej jazdy m\u00e1 prednos\u0165 pred ly\u017eiarom prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facim zozadu. Predn\u00fd ly\u017eiar sa v z\u00e1sade nemus\u00ed orientova\u0165 dozadu\/nahor, aj ke\u010f jazd\u00ed v \u0161irok\u00fdch obl\u00fakoch a pritom by mohol kri\u017eova\u0165 jazdn\u00fa dr\u00e1hu ly\u017eiara prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00edpadne vy\u0161\u0161ou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-4-uberholen\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 4: Predbiehanie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Predbieha\u0165 sa smie zhora alebo zdola, sprava alebo z\u013eava, ale v\u017edy len s odstupom, ktor\u00fd predbiehan\u00e9mu ly\u017eiarovi alebo snoubordistovi ponech\u00e1 dostatok priestoru pre v\u0161etky jeho pohyby.<\/p>\n\n<p>Povinnos\u0165 predbiehaj\u00faceho ly\u017eiara alebo snoubordistu trv\u00e1 po\u010das cel\u00e9ho predbiehacieho man\u00e9vru, aby sa predbiehan\u00fd ly\u017eiar alebo snoubordista nedostal do probl\u00e9mov. To plat\u00ed aj pre prech\u00e1dzanie okolo stojaceho ly\u017eiara alebo snoubordistu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pri predbiehan\u00ed, ako aj pri prech\u00e1dzan\u00ed a jazde ved\u013ea seba plat\u00ed, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9 dodr\u017eiava\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fd bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fd odstup od ostatn\u00fdch ly\u017eiarov. Konkr\u00e9tna miera potrebn\u00e9ho bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9ho odstupu z\u00e1vis\u00ed od podmienok na zjazdovke, podmienok vidite\u013enosti, frekvencie zjazdovky, ako aj od ly\u017eiarskych schopnost\u00ed a r\u00fdchlosti z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch ly\u017eiarov. Spravidla je dostato\u010dn\u00fd odstup 2 a\u017e 3 metre.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-5-einfahren-anfahren-und-hangaufwarts-fahren\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 5: Vjazd, rozjazd a jazda do kopca<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar a snoubordista, ktor\u00fd chce vjazdi\u0165 na zjazdovku, po zastaven\u00ed sa op\u00e4\u0165 rozbehn\u00fa\u0165 alebo jazdi\u0165 \u010di \u0161viha\u0165 do kopca, sa mus\u00ed uisti\u0165 smerom nahor a nadol, \u017ee to m\u00f4\u017ee urobi\u0165 bez nebezpe\u010denstva pre seba a ostatn\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sk\u00fasenosti ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee vjazd na zjazdovku a op\u00e4tovn\u00fd rozjazd po zastaven\u00ed ob\u010das ved\u00fa k nehod\u00e1m. Je preto bezpodmiene\u010dne nutn\u00e9, aby sa ly\u017eiar alebo snoubordista, ktor\u00fd sa rozbieha, harmonicky a bez nebezpe\u010denstva pre seba a ostatn\u00fdch zaradil do v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho toku prem\u00e1vky na zjazdovke. Ak sa potom \u2013 aj ke\u010f pomaly \u2013 pohybuje, m\u00e1 op\u00e4\u0165 prednos\u0165 pod\u013ea pravidla 3 pred r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00edmi ly\u017eiarmi a snoubordistami prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facimi zozadu alebo zhora.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00fdvoj carvingov\u00fdch ly\u017e\u00ed a snoubordov umo\u017e\u0148uje ich u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom vykon\u00e1va\u0165 obl\u00faky a z\u00e1kruty aj do kopca. Pohybuj\u00fa sa tak proti v\u0161eobecn\u00e9mu toku prem\u00e1vky smeruj\u00facej nadol a s\u00fa preto povinn\u00ed v\u010das sa uisti\u0165 aj smerom nahor, \u017ee to m\u00f4\u017eu vykona\u0165 bez nebezpe\u010denstva pre seba a ostatn\u00fdch. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ly\u017eiari vch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci na zjazdovku alebo rozbiehaj\u00faci sa zo stoja musia da\u0165 prednos\u0165 ly\u017eiarom, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa u\u017e v pohybe. Zjazdovky s\u00fa ozna\u010den\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00fdmi, v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00fdmi a z\u00e1kazov\u00fdmi tabu\u013eami. Ak je zjazdovka ozna\u010den\u00e1 ako uzavret\u00e1 alebo zablokovan\u00e1, je to rovnako z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 dodr\u017eiava\u0165 ako upozornenie na nebezpe\u010denstvo. Ly\u017eiari a snoubordisti by si mali by\u0165 vedom\u00ed, \u017ee tieto opatrenia s\u00fa v ich z\u00e1ujme.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fis-regel-nr-9-hilfeleistung\"><strong>FIS pravidlo \u010d. 9: Poskytnutie pomoci<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri nehod\u00e1ch je ka\u017ed\u00fd ly\u017eiar a snoubordista povinn\u00fd poskytn\u00fa\u0165 pomoc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Poskytnutie pomoci je, nez\u00e1visle od z\u00e1konnej povinnosti, pr\u00edkazom \u0161portovej fair play. To znamen\u00e1 prv\u00fa pomoc, privolanie z\u00e1chrannej slu\u017eby a zabezpe\u010denie miesta nehody.
