Kto bez vecn\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu jazd\u00ed v\u00fdrazne pomal\u0161ie ako ostatn\u00e1 prem\u00e1vka a t\u00fdm ohrozuje alebo obmedzuje in\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky, m\u00f4\u017ee sa dopusti\u0165 spr\u00e1vneho deliktu.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1konne stanoven\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna r\u00fdchlos\u0165 na dia\u013eniciach s\u00edce neexistuje. Toto pravidlo vypl\u00fdva z <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/NormDokument.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=10011336&amp;Artikel=&amp;Paragraf=46&amp;Anlage=&amp;Uebergangsrecht=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a7 46 StVO<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verbotene-verkehrsteilnehmer\">Zak\u00e1zan\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci cestnej prem\u00e1vky<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 je preto pou\u017e\u00edvanie dia\u013enice pre:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chodci<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cyklistov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>povozn\u00edkov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jazdcom na ko\u0148och alebo poh\u00e1\u0148a\u010dom dobytka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pomal\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 bez dostato\u010dnej kon\u0161truk\u010dnej r\u00fdchlosti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dia\u013enice maj\u00fa sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 <strong>v\u00fdlu\u010dne<\/strong> <strong>r\u00fdchlej a bezpe\u010dnej motorovej doprave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vo <strong>v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch<\/strong> sm\u00fa osoby vst\u00fapi\u0165 na dia\u013enicu. To je povolen\u00e9, ak sa poskytuje pomoc po dopravnej nehode alebo je potrebn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 miesto. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zufahrt-und-abfahrt-von-autobahnen\">Vjazd a v\u00fdjazd z dia\u013enic<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vjazd<\/strong> na dia\u013enice je v z\u00e1sade povolen\u00fd len cez <strong>\u0161peci\u00e1lne ozna\u010den\u00e9 prip\u00e1jacie miesta<\/strong>. Smerov\u00e9 tabule na dia\u013enicu preto zvy\u010dajne oznamuj\u00fa tieto vjazdy nieko\u013eko sto metrov pred kri\u017eovatkou. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pri <strong>vjazde<\/strong> na dia\u013enicu je navy\u0161e potrebn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 <strong>zr\u00fdch\u013eovac\u00ed pruh<\/strong>. Ten umo\u017e\u0148uje dosiahnu\u0165 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 plynulej prem\u00e1vky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa bezpe\u010dne zaradi\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aj <strong>opustenie<\/strong> dia\u013enice sa v\u0161ak smie uskuto\u010dni\u0165 len cez ozna\u010den\u00e9 v\u00fdjazdy. Pritom je v\u017edy potrebn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 <strong>spoma\u013eovac\u00ed pruh<\/strong>, aby sa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 mohla v\u010das zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pred odjazdom sa mus\u00ed vodi\u010d v\u010das zaradi\u0165 do prav\u00e9ho jazdn\u00e9ho pruhu.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-anhalten-auf-der-autobahn\">Zastavenie na dia\u013enici<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vozidlo sa na dia\u013enici v z\u00e1sade <strong>nesmie zastavi\u0165<\/strong>. <strong>V\u00fdnimka<\/strong> plat\u00ed len vtedy, ak existuje d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd d\u00f4vod. Toto pravidlo vypl\u00fdva z <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/NormDokument.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=10011336&amp;Artikel=&amp;Paragraf=46&amp;Anlage=&amp;Uebergangsrecht=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a7 46 StVO<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd d\u00f4vod m\u00f4\u017ee nasta\u0165 pri:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>technickej poruche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dopravnej nehode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zdravotnej n\u00fadzi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ak je potrebn\u00e9 vozidlo zastavi\u0165, malo by sa tak sta\u0165 <strong>pokia\u013e mo\u017eno v odstavnom pruhu<\/strong>.
