Restabilirea grani\u021bei de c\u0103tre oficiul de cadastru se face la cererea proprietarului, pe baza documentelor din cadastrul de frontier\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cazul \u00een care exist\u0103 riscul ca grani\u021bele s\u0103 devin\u0103 necunoscute sau dac\u0103 grani\u021bele sunt deja necunoscute sau contestate, restabilirea grani\u021bei include re-marcarea unei grani\u021be fixe. Se face o distinc\u021bie \u00eentre re\u00eennoirea grani\u021bei \u0219i corectarea grani\u021bei. Aceast\u0103 procedur\u0103 trebuie efectuat\u0103 \u00een termen de un an de la depunerea cererii. \u00cen acest scop, proprietarii implica\u021bi trebuie invita\u021bi la actul oficial.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grani\u021ba restabilit\u0103 trebuie marcat\u0103 de solicitant \u00een modul prev\u0103zut de \u00a7 845 din Codul Civil General (ABGB).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grenzverhandlung-durch-das-vermessungsamt\">Negocierea grani\u021bei de c\u0103tre oficiul de cadastru<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Negocierea grani\u021bei este o procedur\u0103 de stabilire a grani\u021belor propriet\u0103\u021bilor, conform \u00a7\u00a7 24 \u0219i 25 din Legea austriac\u0103 a cadastrului (VermG).
