A falta de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es leva inevitavelmente a servi\u00e7os flutuantes, propensos a erros e mais dif\u00edceis de calcular. <\/p>\n\n<p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o para estes problemas \u00e9 o &#8220;Acordo de N\u00edvel de Servi\u00e7o&#8221;. O Acordo de N\u00edvel de Servi\u00e7o define exatamente os servi\u00e7os a prestar e regula as interrup\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias e n\u00e3o planeadas, bem como as suas consequ\u00eancias.
