The official fees for the EU trademark are <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list icon\">\n<li>\u20ac850.00 for the first class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20ac50.00 for the second class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20ac150.00 for each additional class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zahlung-der-amtsgebuhren\">Payment of Official Fees<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official fees can usually be transferred directly by the trademark owner. In this case, our law firm will send the trademark owner the data for making the transfer after the trademark application. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In cases where this is not possible, our law firm will send the trademark owner an invoice for the official fees before the trademark application. No surcharge will be charged.
