These primarily affect the so-called liberal professions. The restrictions are primarily intended to prevent inappropriate and blatant advertising.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertising is always <strong>inappropriate<\/strong> if there is no connection between the offered goods or services and the advertising. Advertising is also inappropriate if it distorts the professional image or awakens incorrect ideas and unfulfillable expectations among market participants. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertising is <strong>blatant<\/strong> if it is so exaggerated that it is not taken seriously by market participants.
