However, a disregard of the duties of care documented in these rules can undoubtedly lead to criminal liability and liability under civil law in the event of a <a Guidelines for Snowboarders<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Always place the snowboard in the snow with the binding side down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At ski lifts and chairlifts, release the rear
