After submitting the contact form, your entered personal data will be processed by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry, based on the consent you provided by submitting the form, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR until revoked. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide it merely means that you cannot submit your request and we cannot process it.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For appointment scheduling, we use the service Calenso of Braincept AG, Neuenkirchstrasse 19, 6203 Sempach, Switzerland. The transfer of data to Switzerland takes place based on Art. 45 GDPR in conjunction with the adequacy decision C(2000) 2304 of the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-webanalysedienste\">WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the scope of hosting, we process personal user data for the purpose of web analysis (searching for and analyzing errors on our website, evaluating the use of our website, deriving measures for the future development of our website). The legal basis for data processing is the absolute technical necessity for the provision and delivery of the &#8220;Website&#8221; service expressly requested by your access, pursuant to Section 165 para. 3 TKG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data is not forwarded to third parties and is anonymized already in the first processing step. Storage of personal data beyond the first processing step therefore does not occur.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can object to the processing of your personal user data by activating the Do-Not-Track option in your web browser.
