We will be happy to provide you, as part of our <strong>free initial consultation<\/strong>, with an overview of the <strong>expected fees<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> If there is no legal expenses insurance cover, we invariably charge an <strong>advance payment of at least \u20ac750.00<\/strong> (including VAT) in criminal matters to secure our fee.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT: <\/strong>Criminal defence on the basis of legal aid (Verfahrenshilfe) or assistance with legal costs is not possible at our firm.
