I v Rakousku uk\u00e1zaly v\u00e1lky v sousedn\u00edch zem\u00edch a pandemie v letech 2020\/2021, jak rychle se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1nliv\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 situace zhor\u0161it. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stejn\u011b tak m\u00e1lo je p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed p\u0159evodce. Proto je na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b t\u0159eba zajistit pot\u0159ebu p\u00e9\u010de o p\u0159evodce pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee ji nelze zaplatit ze zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edho majetku p\u0159evodce nebo ze st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je t\u0159eba db\u00e1t na to, aby byl vylou\u010den st\u00e1tn\u00ed regres v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby p\u00e9\u010de.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobr\u00e1 smlouva o p\u0159evodu mysl\u00ed i na takov\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e. Proto je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby byly ve smlouv\u011b o p\u0159evodu modality p\u0159evodu upraveny p\u0159esn\u011b a proz\u00edrav\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parallele-vertrage\">Paraleln\u00ed smlouvy<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smlouva o p\u0159evodu je \u010dasto spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem dal\u0161\u00edch smluv. Pokud existuje n\u011bkolik osob opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch k povinn\u00e9mu d\u00edlu, ale pouze jedna osoba opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e1 k povinn\u00e9mu d\u00edlu obdr\u017e\u00ed podnik nebo jedinou nemovitost, pak se zpravidla sjedn\u00e1vaj\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00ed platby a vzd\u00e1n\u00ed se povinn\u00e9ho d\u00edlu, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u011bdick\u00fdm spor\u016fm. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"P\u0159evod majetku Ve smlouv\u011b o p\u0159evodu se za \u017eivota prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159evod majetku p\u0159evodce na nabyvatele.
