To se d\u011bje zpravidla proti zaplacen\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edmac\u00ed ceny. Tato platba m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sn\u00ed\u017eena v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nal\u00e9hav\u00e9 pot\u0159eby bydlen\u00ed nebo st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho <a href=\"https:\/\/harlander-partner.eu\/cs\/dedicke-pravo-anbspprevence\/dedicke-pravo-2\/\">pr\u00e1va na povinn\u00fd d\u00edl<\/a>. Smlouva b\u011b\u017e\u00ed obsahov\u011b d\u00e1l, \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 pro man\u017eele, registrovan\u00e9 partnery a \u017eivotn\u00ed partnery nezm\u011bn\u011bno.
